You can workout all day and not lose weight if you are eating unhealthy processed food. 

I use to live on diet coke, lean cuisines, processed foods, tired and depressed, unhappy with my body.

Eating healthy is 80% of what makes your body not only feel great but look amazing. Switch your diet and you will have amazing results!

Everyone knows you need to eat 6 to 8 servings of fruits and Veggies a day. Do you do it? Trust me, if you cut out the processed food and eat more fruits and veggies you will not only feel better you will get better results.

When eating clean you really need to eat more. YES more! You need to eat 5 to 6 times a day. These can be small meals. Really you need to eat every 2 to 3 hours and drink 8 glasses of water a day. Don't wait until you are starving to eat. Listen to your body and plan ahead so you have food at hand when you need to eat.
